The Swedish Advertising Ombudsman (Reklamombudsmannen, RO)

Reklamombudsmannen is a self-regulation organization founded by the industry. We work for ethical marketing communication by:

  • receiving complaints from the public about advertising,

  • reviewing if advertising is following the Advertising and Marketing Communication Practice from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

  • informing about marketing ethics
